By purchasing any product, membership, or service from Designed Healthy Living, The Biblical
Nutritionist, Biblical Nutrition Academy, Biblical Wellness Ministry are all divisions of Designed
Healthy Living, Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before
completing your purchase.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking the checkbox at checkout indicating your agreement, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is binding and enforceable.
2. Products and Services
Designed Healthy Living provides wellness-related products, digital products, online programs,
memberships, and services intended to support a healthy lifestyle. All content is for educational purposes
only and does not constitute medical advice.
3. Digital and Membership Products – No Refunds
All sales of digital programs, memberships and related guides, downloads, and courses are final and non-
refundable. Once access is granted or the product is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
We do not offer refunds due to:
● Accidental purchase
● Buyer’s remorse
● Inability to access due to personal device issues or lack of internet access.
If technical issues arise on our end, we will make every effort to resolve them promptly.

4. Payment and Fees
You may be required to purchase or pay a fee to access our services. We accept Shop Pay, PayPal, Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and Stripe for all purchases. However, we do not guarantee the availability
of any payment method at any moment and we may add, remove or suspend any payment method
temporarily or permanently at our sole discretion. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate
purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Website and to promptly update account
and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, in
order to complete your purchases and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of
purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in USD.
You agree to pay all charges or fees at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to
charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon making your purchase. If you authorize
PayPal for future purchases, this Website will store an identification code linked to your PayPal account,
which will authorize this Website to automatically process future payments or recurring installments of
past purchases PayPal’s authorization can be revoked at any time, either by contacting us or by changing
the user settings offered by PayPal.
If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, you must keep a valid payment method on file with us to
pay for all incurred and recurring fees. We will charge applicable fees for any valid payment method that
you have provided, and you will be invoiced automatically as outlined in the order. You authorize such
payment of recurring fees without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you
notify us of your cancellation, or we terminate in writing in accordance with the Terms of Use, or until
the recurring contract ends, and any and all outstanding fees and charges have been paid in full.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or
received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Website. From time to
time, we may offer a limited free trial and/or promotional codes for a specified period, which may be
subject to additional terms. We have sole discretion to determine your eligibility for trials and/or
promotional codes. If you are required to provide payment information in connection with your trial, your
first payment will be charged to your chosen payment method following the expiration of the trial, unless
earlier terminated in accordance with the Terms of Use. You may not receive separate notices that your
free trial is about to end or has ended, or that your paid subscription has begun.
5. Memberships and Subscriptions
a. Billing & Renewals- Our memberships and subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly,
quarterly, or annually, depending on your selection). By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your
selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
b. Cancellations- You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting
us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the
current billing period. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. This means your
membership will remain active through the period you have already paid for and will not renew after that.
Subscription purchases are non-refundable and will not be prorated.
You may not transfer, sell, purchase, barter, or trade your subscriptions or attempt or offer to do so. Any
attempted transfer will be null and void. Except as required by applicable law, we are not responsible for
any refunds or credits in connection with any modified, suspended or terminated subscriptions.
6. Product Purchases/Shipping/Refunds (non-digital products only)

Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Shipping times may vary
based on your location and selected shipping method. Once orders have shipped, customers will
receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by
carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping is limited to address within the United States.
b) Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we are not liable for
packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is marked as delivered but
you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local carrier or neighbors first. If
issues persist, contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
c) Refunds – (non-digital and non-membership products only) If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange. All
returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
The following item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged: Items that are past return dates. All
returns must be postmarked within 30 days(s) of confirmation of delivery.
To process your return, securely place the item along with your proof of purchase and the return
form in its original packaging and then mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.
Please allow at least 7 days(s) from the receipt of your item to process your return. Upon
completion of processing, we will deduct our shipping costs from the refund amount. Refunds
may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

7. Technical Access
You are responsible for:
● Having a stable internet connection
● Ensuring your device is compatible with our platform
● Managing your login credentials
We are not liable for missed access due to forgotten passwords, outdated browsers, or user error. If you
experience technical difficulties, please contact us before requesting a refund or filing a dispute.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting Designed Healthy Living violates
these terms.
We reserve the right to:
● Provide evidence of your agreement and product access to your bank or credit card provider
● Recover any dispute-related fees or losses
● Suspend or revoke access to all products and memberships until the issue is resolved

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to
its conflict of law principles.
10. No Guarantees, Warranties, or Representations
Except as expressly set out in writing, the goods and/or services provided are offered “as is” and without
any guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We
make no warranty or representation that the goods or services will meet your specific requirements,
function in any particular manner, or produce any specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by
law, all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, and non-infringement, are expressly disclaimed.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort (including
negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of any goods or services
shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by you to us in the six (6) months preceding the event
giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, even
if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on
our website, and continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
